Collaborative classroom - WIPTE demo

This application shows one use of Tablet PCs to improve interaction between students and teacher, and to improve the transparency of the class for the teacher. The teacher's ink strokes are sent to each student. The teacher can create one of two types of polls on any page: the usual type in which a student can select just one answer, and the type in which each student can select a subset of the available choices. Lastly, the teacher can create an "exercise box" on any page; the box is sent to each student machine, and anything the students write inside the box appears on a "dashboard" that the teacher can run on a separate machine; this allows the teacher to see each student's response, without showing the student's entire desktop, which would make the student's writing too small to read.

The teacher and student user interfaces in this application are based on the lecture application.
