Code review ("242") application configuration

The 242 application is part of the download of SLICE. Once the installation has been done on every participating machine, copy the Slice icon to the desktop, open the properties window, and enter this text in the command line:

     slice.exe 242.xml [ServerIP=server-ip]

where slice.exe is the full path name of the Slice executable. If you have used the default location for SLICE, this text will already be correct. server-ip is an IP address in the usual xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx format.

The ServerIP parameter is optional. Put it in the shortcut command if there is a standard server IP address normally used. That IP address will be entered as the initial value of the server IP field in the start-up dialog, but it can still be changed by the users at start-up.

At present, there are no other parameters settable in the command line, nor in the XML file or the implementing scripts.
